Explore how AI can help the team with everyday work, turning small ideas into useful prototypes and evaluating their results.

Prototype AI assistants and automation ideas for internal knowledge, content, and engineering workflows.
Work with APIs, prompts, and suitable sample data under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
Compare outputs against clear examples, document limitations, and improve the reliability of prototypes.
Share findings with the team and handle data according to team privacy and security guidelines.

Basic programming skills in Python or JavaScript and an interest in AI applications.
An understanding of APIs, or willingness to learn how to connect services.
A habit of checking results, asking questions, and documenting what you learn.
Personal, school, or hobby projects are welcome; professional AI experience is not required.

Practise building AI integrations, evaluating output quality, and deciding where AI adds value in real workflows.

A long-term internship lasting 6–12 months, with the start date and weekly commitment agreed together.

Occasional visits to our office in Zlín are expected. Afternoon visits are welcome; timing is agreed with the team.
