Job Summary
Help bring people together through team events, workshops, and community meetups, from the first plan to the final follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Help prepare event plans, checklists, invitations, and schedules with the team.
- Coordinate practical details with speakers, colleagues, and participants.
- Support setup, participant communication, and the smooth running of events.
- Collect feedback and help document what worked and what to improve next time.
Qualifications
- Strong organisation, clear communication, and a reliable approach to following up on details.
- An interest in bringing people together and making events welcoming.
- Confidence with everyday planning tools, documents, and spreadsheets.
- School, club, or volunteer event experience is welcome; professional event experience is not required.
What you will learn

Internship arrangement

- A long-term internship lasting 6–12 months, with the start date and weekly commitment agreed together.
- Paid and unpaid options are available for every role. We will discuss the arrangement and terms with you before you start.
- Occasional visits to our office in Zlín are expected. Afternoon visits are welcome; timing is agreed with the team.
- Meet and cooperate with the team on practical tasks, with guidance and feedback from experienced colleagues.
