Job Summary
Help turn team conversations and stories into podcast episodes, supporting recordings, editing, and the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Help prepare recording sessions, equipment checks, and practical arrangements with hosts and guests.
- Support audio and video recordings and keep source files organised.
- Edit recordings, clean up sound, and prepare episode cuts and short highlights for review.
- Help prepare captions, episode descriptions, and publishing materials with the team.
Qualifications
- An interest in podcasts, storytelling, and audio or video production.
- Basic familiarity with an editing tool, or motivation to learn through practice.
- Attention to sound quality, pacing, detail, and keeping files organised.
- School, hobby, or personal recordings are welcome; professional production experience is not required.
What you will learn
Practise the podcast production workflow from session preparation and recording through editing, review, and episode delivery.
Internship arrangement

- A long-term internship lasting 6–12 months, with the start date and weekly commitment agreed together.
- Paid and unpaid options are available for every role. We will discuss the arrangement and terms with you before you start.
- Occasional visits to our office in Zlín are expected. Afternoon visits are welcome; timing is agreed with the team.
- Meet and cooperate with the team on practical tasks, with guidance and feedback from experienced colleagues.
- Build experience gradually through work suited to your current skills and learning goals.
