Job Summary

Protect the quality of Bata digital commerce through thoughtful test design, exploratory testing, automation, and close collaboration with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and perform functional, exploratory, and regression testing for storefronts, APIs, and internal tools.
Build and maintain useful automated checks for important customer journeys and integrations.
Investigate defects, write clear reproduction steps, and work with developers to verify fixes.
Assess release risks across browsers, devices, markets, and operational scenarios.
Improve test data, reporting, and delivery checks while sharing quality practices with the team.

Qualifications

Practical experience testing web applications and communicating findings clearly.
Knowledge of test design, defect lifecycle, exploratory testing, and regression coverage.
Familiarity with browser or API automation and a programming or scripting language.
Confidence working with Git, delivery pipelines, and cross-functional teams.
An interest in digital commerce; checkout, payment, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is welcome.
